Throughout his life Leonardo da Vinci kept notebooks of drawings. Drawings of ideas for paintings, inventions, anatomy, and war machines. It's surprising that no one has ever thought to take these drawings and make them into an animated movie.
The Leonardo movie has screened at the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner, Woods Hole Film Festival, Ruff Cuts Film Festival.
It won Best Animation at the Boston International Film Festival in 2010
The movie was subtitled into French by Debbie Wiess
